Whether it be a pretrial focus of demonstrating sobriety or helping to get driving privileges restored, our team is ready to help your clients achieve the best possible outcome for their given situation. We deliver a cost-effective, information based solution that helps clients provide evidence of sobriety to aid in their defense and demonstrate that they do not pose a danger to the community.

We offer flexible payment plans and do everything we can to make our solutions affordable and fit within the clients budget. For Attorneys that refer a minimum number of clients to use our services we offer reduced fees. If you have a client that would have trouble paying for our services, but that would benefit significantly, let us know and we can work out an arrangement to help make our services affordable.

What to Expect

I’ve been Ordered to use one of Innovative Monitoring Network products. Where do I start?

1. Contact our office right away to make an appointment. Generally court orders give you a limited time to start our services and have the device installed. We will set you an appointment right away and answer all your questions. When you call our office, one of our Client Service Associates will let you know all the options and the associated cost.
2. Come to your appointment. You will need to have the paperwork you received from the court, probation department or jail.
3. Each of the products we carry has a unique function and intention. Our Client Service Associates will explain the requirements to you. Our staff will go through the contract, billing arrangement and a participant agreement with you. These documents will explain to you all the information about your participation in the program and provide you a copy.
4. You may be required to have a phone line installed depending on the product you are using. If you cannot have a phone line installed there are options to equip the unit to communicate by optional communication methods such as cellular or home internet for a small additional fee.

Innovative Monitoring Network will work with you toward a successful completion of your program, however, it is your responsibility to comply with the guidelines and payments.
